Alpina Legacy receives remuneration from the issuing insurance carrier in the form of intermediary commission, which is disclosed to the client in accordance with applicable regulations. Where an introduction fee or revenue-sharing arrangement is agreed with an introducing advisor, this is documented in writing prior to any client contact, structured to comply with the regulatory framework applicable to both parties in their respective jurisdictions, and disclosed to the client as required by applicable law.
We do not operate undisclosed kickback arrangements. All co-advisory fee structures are agreed in advance, in writing, and subject to the anti-inducement and conflict-of-interest rules applicable in each jurisdiction — including MiFID II equivalents, the Insurance Distribution Directive, the SFC Code of Conduct, and the Insurance Ordinance (Cap. 41).
