David Calfoun is a legal and financial expert with a multidisciplinary career spanning law, corporate strategy, and academia. Originally trained as an attorney, he has held key positions as Legal Director, Financial Auditor, CEO, Professor, Writer, and Speaker, with a particular focus on white-collar crime, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), negotiations, and emerging technologies.
He holds an MBA in Business Law and Finance from Aix-Marseille University, as well as an LL.M. from Yeshiva University (Cardozo School of Law), and passed the New York Bar.
David Calfoun has developed extensive international experience across both France and the United States. He has worked as a legal consultant for the New York City Law Department, within law firms, and in major corporate groups, where he notably served as Legal Director. He is also the founder of an accounting and advisory firm.
Alongside his professional career, he is deeply committed to education and knowledge sharing. He teaches law, finance, public speaking, and defense speech at several universities in France and regularly publishes books and articles on legal and financial topics.
